I made this flask using lost foam.  I made it for a rtv silicon mold that I use to make a crab mallet out of pewter.  I filled half the flask with clay and imbedded the pattern half way.  Then I poured the silicon in the one half.  When it cured, I removed the clay and poured the other half.
